Executive roundtable events for senior leaders across Data, CX, L&D and IP

Invitation-only | Peer-led | Senior decision-makers

About Us

Boscia Group designs and delivers executive roundtable events for Directors and C-suite leaders across Data, Customer Experience, Learning & Development, and Intellectual Property.

Through our Collective roundtables, Directors and C-suite leaders come together in trusted, peer-level environments to share ideas, explore challenges, and benchmark strategies with peers facing similar priorities.

Alongside our events, we arrange pre-qualified virtual meetings that connect Directors and C-suite leaders with carefully selected solution providers aligned to their goals - helping turn insight into action.

Who We Are

  • Boscia Group was founded to fix a problem we saw time and again: senior level executives were being asked to invest valuable time in events that delivered very little in return.

We believed then - and still do - that executive leaders deserve more. More relevance. More depth. More value from every interaction. With limited time and increasing pressure, attending an event should result in ideas, perspectives, and conversations that genuinely move things forward.

Too often, events relied on broad agendas, surface-level discussions, or content diluted by sales pitches. Insight existed, but it was buried beneath what didn’t matter. We knew there was a better way to bring executive leaders together.

    That belief shaped Boscia Group.

Since launching our first executive roundtables in 2021, we have focused on building trusted, sector-specific communities where Directors and C-suite leaders can engage in open, peer-led discussion and leave with insight worth acting on.

Today, Boscia Group operates across four specialist areas:

  • Every Boscia Group event is built around relevance, seniority, and the quality of the conversation - rather than scale, spectacle, or sales-driven agendas.

Agendas are discussion-led and flexible, allowing executive leaders to engage with the topics most relevant to their priorities and contribute openly to the conversation.

Attendance is invitation-only and limited to Directors and C-suite leaders, ensuring discussions take place between peers with shared context, experience, and decision-making responsibility. We apply the same discipline when selecting partners, focusing on relevance and alignment rather than volume.

This approach creates focused, high-trust environments where conversations go beyond surface-level insight and lead to ideas leaders can genuinely take back into their organisations.

  • Boscia Group events are intentionally designed to create meaningful, peer-level conversation among executive leaders.

    Exclusively for senior-level executives

Our events are invitation-only and limited to Directors and C-suite leaders. This ensures every conversation happens at the right level - between people with the experience, context, and authority to speak openly and challenge ideas.

    Designed for discussion, not presentations

Our roundtables are structured to maximise participation. Sessions are discussion-led rather than presentation-heavy, ensuring everyone in the room is actively involved. Some leaders arrive seeking answers or fresh perspectives on specific challenges; others come to share experience and insight. The result is focused, peer-level conversation around real challenges- without sales pitches or passive listening.

    Led by peers, not speakers

Our events are shaped by the people in the room. Each roundtable is facilitated by an experienced industry leader who guides the conversation, keeps discussion focused, and ensures every participant has the opportunity to contribute.

Rather than stage-led presentations, discussions are driven by shared experience -creating a true sense of community where insight is exchanged openly and trust builds naturally.

Together, these principles create events that feel different from the moment you enter the room - and deliver insight that lasts well beyond the discussion.

  • Simple ideas, strong relationships and lasting impact. These principles guide every event, partnership and conversation we create.

Our values shape how we design experiences and how we work with our delegates and partners:

    1. Simplicity
We believe the best ideas come from clarity. Every Boscia Group event is structured to remove noise and focus on meaningful insight, expert perspectives and practical discussion.

    2. Relationships
We prioritise genuine human connection — between senior leaders, between partners and prospects, and within our industry communities. Many delegates and partners return to our events regularly because the relationships built here last.

    3. Impact
Whether it’s a deeper understanding of a new approach, a partnership that drives measurable results, or shared knowledge that sparks change, our goal is always to deliver outcomes that extend far beyond the event itself.

These values have helped us become a trusted name for Data events, CX events, L&D events and IP events, and they continue to guide every new experience we create.

Why Partners Work With Us

Access to senior decision-makers you won’t meet elsewhere

Boscia Group connects partners with senior decision-makers who are typically absent from the traditional conference circuit. These are Directors and C-suite leaders who are highly selective with their time and prioritise focused, relevant engagement over multi-day events.

Our invitation-only model ensures you meet a fresh, highly credible audience - leaders actively exploring ideas and solutions, not attendees collecting brochures or incentives.

Pre-qualified, mutually agreed 1:1 meetings

Every meeting is carefully qualified and agreed in advance. We take the time to understand each leader’s role, priorities, and investment focus, allowing us to align conversations to genuine areas of relevance.

Delegates attend fewer, more focused meetings, resulting in higher engagement, stronger follow-up, and better commercial outcomes. Meetings are delivered virtually over one week, enabling partners to involve the right people from their business without time away from the office.

Credible thought leadership, not sales exposure

Partners can deepen engagement by contributing to roundtable discussions aligned to their expertise - positioning themselves as trusted voices rather than vendors.

This creates more meaningful conversations, stronger relationships, and long-term credibility with senior decision-makers across our communities.
