  • Our hours are 9-5:30pm, Monday - Thursday. Then 9-3pm on Fridays so you can make the most of your weekend!

  • Every month we plan and deliver fun, exciting team nights out. We do different activities every month ranging from dinners to escape rooms to sports events. We aim to experience everything London has to offer!

  • Everyone is given a extra day’s holiday to celebrate their birthday!

  • We are flexible with working from home. We like to work at least 2 days in the office and the rest is up to you.

About us

  • With 50+ years events experience between the founders, you’ll be supported and developed by some of the best in the industry.

    You’ll be expected and encouraged to contribute ideas from Day 1 and have a voice in the company’s product development and overall direction… something larger and more established companies couldn’t afford.

    Having grown rapidly from a team of just 5, there are now over 30 fantastic individuals that make up Boscia Group and we’re always on the lookout for smart, hard-working, highly motivated people to join us.

    As a result of our early success, the company has grown quickly which has led to new opportunities for our team. Promoting from within is a key part of our culture and we’re passionate about your development and progression. We don’t see our growth slowing down and our ultimate aim is for those who come to work at Boscia today, to be the leaders of the business in the future.

  • We currently run events in the Intellectual Property, Data, Learning & Development, and Customer Experience sectors, bringing together groups of senior executives from global companies to share ideas, overcome challenges and benchmark their strategies with peers. Our events are sponsored by a mix of leading tech vendors, consultants and law firms who are all interested in meeting our network. We work closely with everyone involved in the event to help facilitate meetings between the vendors and the delegates.

  • As a fast-growing and innovative start-up, we take pride in our welcoming, collaborative and rewarding culture. We have a young(ish) management team with a wealth of experience across more “traditional” working environments and Boscia Group was born out of a desire to create a business model where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute.

    We love to socialise as a team and have regular nights out enjoying some of the good food, drinks and activities that London has to offer. We have a hybrid workplace model, working from our office in Waterloo twice a week (Wednesday and Thursday). However, depending on your home set up, there is an option to spend more time in the office when needed. The job can be demanding but we recognise the importance of work/life balance which is reflected in our early finishes at 3pm on Fridays.
